FindAddictionTreatments.com is an advertising-supported referral service that connects individuals and families seeking addiction treatment with licensed treatment center partners. We are not a treatment facility. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our service is free to consumers; we are compensated by treatment centers who receive qualified referrals.
FCC TCPA Disclosure
When you submit your information through any form on FindAddictionTreatments.com, you provide your express written consent for FindAddictionTreatments.com and its designated treatment center partner to contact you by phone (including automated or pre-recorded calls), text message, and/or email at the number and address you provided, even if the number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. This consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of services.
Your information may be shared with one or more treatment centers in our network that match your stated needs, insurance, and geographic preferences. You will be contacted by the specific treatment center partner named or described in the consent language displayed at the time you submitted your information.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you provide (name, phone number, email, insurance details, substance type, urgency, and other treatment-related information) is used solely to match you with appropriate treatment programs and facilitate contact between you and treatment providers. We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing companies, or unrelated third parties.
HIPAA Notice
FindAddictionTreatments.com is not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). However, we recognize that the information you share with us is sensitive and health-adjacent. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure data storage, and restricted access to your personal information. Treatment centers in our network that are covered entities are required to comply with HIPAA independently.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of further contact at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any text message you receive
- Requesting removal during any phone call
- Emailing your opt-out request to privacy@findaddictiontreatments.com
- Submitting a written request via postal mail
We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days. Please note that opting out of contact from FindAddictionTreatments.com does not automatically opt you out of contact from a treatment center that has already received your referral; you must contact them directly.
